where do i find the stick for the mans chair

uhh.. its just happening  for a few games not the entire system
i tried updating my display drivers but, still no change 

i dont know if its a problem with my pc but when i open the game, the display is like this its happening for a few other games as well anyone know whats happening? any suggestions???

i just tried the swf version as well , the save button doesnt work either

im using the exe version on windows

hey the save button is really not working, its showing taks complete but when i open the game again, the load button just does nothing and i have to start all over again.
